Adults Only - 18+ Requirement: Crickexx services are exclusively available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful.
We implement age verification measures during account registration to prevent access by minors. Providing false information about your age or identity constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and controlling minors' access to internet-connected devices. Crickexx does not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18 years of age. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will immediately close that account and void any transactions.
You must also be legally permitted to participate in online entertainment activities in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Crickexx complies with all applicable local laws and regulations in Bangladesh.
To access Crickexx services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, contact details, and other information required during the registration process. You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be closed, and any associated funds may be forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any other person or allow others to access your account. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized those activities.
If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or become aware of any security breach, you must immediately change your password and notify Crickexx customer support. Failure to promptly report suspected unauthorized access may result in you being held responsible for any resulting losses or unauthorized activities.
Crickexx reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment methods at any time. This may include government-issued identification, proof of address, or payment method verification. You must provide requested documentation within reasonable timeframes. Failure to complete verification procedures may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
We may also conduct ongoing monitoring of account activities to detect suspicious patterns, potential fraud, or violations of these terms. Accounts exhibiting unusual activity patterns may be subject to additional scrutiny or temporary restrictions while investigations are conducted.
The following activities are strictly prohibited when using Crickexx services. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of account balances:
Crickexx maintains sole discretion to determine whether activities violate these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts, void bets, and withhold funds when we reasonably believe terms violations have occurred, even if specific activities are not explicitly listed above.
You may deposit funds into your Crickexx account using payment methods available on the platform. All deposits must come from payment sources registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.
Deposited funds are held in your account balance and can be used for placing bets or playing games. Funds in your account do not earn interest and are not protected by deposit insurance schemes. You should only deposit amounts you can afford to lose, understanding that entertainment activities involve financial risk.
You may request withdrawals of your account balance at any time, subject to completion of any required verification procedures. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits when possible. Processing times vary by payment method and may take several business days depending on the method selected and any verification requirements.
Crickexx reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or when account activity patterns raise questions. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if verification is incomplete, if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if account activities violate these terms.
Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are specified in the withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawal fees may apply depending on the payment method and withdrawal frequency. Any bonuses or promotional funds are subject to specific terms and conditions that may include wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
Account balances are maintained in the currency selected during registration. If you deposit funds in a different currency, conversion will occur at prevailing exchange rates, which may include a conversion fee. Exchange rates fluctuate and are beyond Crickexx control. You bear all risks associated with currency conversion and exchange rate fluctuations.
All bets placed through Crickexx are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that bet details are correct before confirmation. Crickexx is not responsible for errors you make when placing bets, including selecting incorrect options, entering wrong amounts, or misunderstanding betting markets.
Bets are accepted subject to these terms and any specific rules applicable to individual sports, games, or betting markets. We reserve the right to refuse or limit bets at our discretion, particularly when we suspect terms violations, fraudulent activity, or betting patterns that exploit platform features.
Bets are settled based on official results from recognized governing bodies for each sport or event. In cases where official results are unavailable or disputed, Crickexx will use reasonable judgment to determine outcomes based on available information. Settlement decisions are final unless clear errors are identified.
If events are postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, specific rules apply depending on the sport and betting market. These rules are available in the sports betting section and vary by event type. In general, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned, but exceptions apply for certain markets and circumstances.
Casino games at Crickexx use random number generators or live dealer procedures to determine outcomes. All games operate with mathematical house edges favoring the platform over long-term play. Malfunctions void all affected game rounds. If technical errors result in incorrect payouts, Crickexx reserves the right to correct those errors by adjusting account balances. You must report any suspected game malfunctions or payout errors immediately through customer support.
You may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through your account settings. These responsible gaming tools help you maintain control over your entertainment activities. Once set, limits take effect immediately for increases or after a cooling-off period for decreases. You cannot circumvent limits by creating additional accounts. Crickexx may offer bonuses, promotions, or other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are provided when the bonus is offered. These terms typically include wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits that must be satisfied before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, coordinating with other users to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine entertainment intent, is strictly prohibited. Crickexx reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts when bonus abuse is detected.
You may only have one active bonus at a time unless specifically stated otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless explicitly permitted. Depositing additional funds while a bonus is active may forfeit the bonus and associated winnings unless the specific bonus terms allow additional deposits.
Crickexx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude specific users from bonus eligibility at our discretion, particularly if previous bonus abuse or terms violations have occurred.
All content on the Crickexx platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Crickexx and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without explicit written permission.
The Crickexx name, logo, and related marks are trademarks. You may not use these marks without prior written authorization. Using Crickexx trademarks in ways that suggest affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without permission is prohibited.
You grant Crickexx a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use any content you submit to the platform, including communications with customer support, for purposes of operating services, improving platform features, and addressing customer inquiries. This license continues even after account closure for content already submitted.
Crickexx services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Technical issues, including server downtime, connectivity problems, or software malfunctions, may occasionally occur.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crickexx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of platform services. This includes damages for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Crickexx services is limited to the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose, or the amount you deposited in the preceding 12 months, whichever is lower.
You acknowledge that online entertainment activities involve financial risk and that losses are a normal part of such activities. Crickexx is not responsible for your betting or gaming decisions, losses incurred through platform use, or any consequences arising from your entertainment activities.
We are not responsible for third-party services, including payment processors, internet service providers, or device manufacturers. Issues arising from third-party services are between you and those providers. We are also not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including unauthorized access resulting from shared credentials or compromised passwords.
You may close your Crickexx account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining account balance will be returned to you after deducting any applicable fees or charges. Pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes before final balance calculation.
Crickexx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activities, or if continuing to provide services would expose us to legal or regulatory risks. Reasons for account closure may include but are not limited to:
When accounts are closed for terms violations, we may withhold account balances and void pending bets. In cases of suspected fraud or serious violations, we may also report activities to relevant authorities. Account closure decisions are final and not subject to appeal except in cases of clear factual errors.
Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees deducted from account balances. If account balances reach zero due to inactivity fees, accounts may be permanently closed. You can prevent inactivity fees by logging into your account at least once every 12 months.
Your privacy is important to Crickexx. We collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using Crickexx services, you consent to data collection and processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
We implement security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted through the platform.
You have certain rights regarding your personal information, including rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements. Contact customer support to exercise these rights or for questions about data protection practices.
If disputes arise regarding your use of Crickexx services, you should first contact customer support to seek resolution. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication with our support team.
If disputes cannot be resolved through customer support, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations before pursuing formal legal action. Both parties will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Crickexx operates. Any legal proceedings arising from these terms or your use of platform services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in that jurisdiction. You waive any objections to venue or jurisdiction in those courts.
These terms and conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crickexx regarding platform use. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Failure by Crickexx to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Waivers must be in writing to be effective.
You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations under these terms without prior written consent from Crickexx. We may assign these terms or transfer our rights and obligations to third parties without your consent, including in connection with mergers, acquisitions, or sales of assets.
